Refunds

Refund policy.

Bought a course and it isn't for you? Email within 7 days, before you've watched 25%, and we'll refund it. No interrogation.

Pay-as-you-go courses

If you bought a single course outright, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you've watched less than 25% of the course's total duration. We track watch progress automatically (it's the same data that powers "resume where you left off"), so we can settle a refund quickly without back and forth.

After 7 days, or after 25% of total watch time, we don't issue refunds on pay-as-you-go purchases. This matches UK consumer law for digital content.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and then you're done. We don't issue pro-rata refunds for time already paid for in the current period.

If you signed up by mistake, double-billed, or have a different exceptional reason, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

How to request a refund

Send a message via the contact form, including the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original card or wallet, and usually arrive in your account within 5 to 10 working days.

Statutory rights

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and do not affect them.
